Making glass beads: follow-up #1
You've already followed the introductory workshop and want to learn some new techniques?
During this workshop we'll start with making and applying stringers. Techniques such as "combing" the glass are included. Then we'll move on to making and applying simple "twisties". The application of clear or other transparent glass gives a special effect adding depth to your beads. You'll learn to make a new shape -- a disc -- which is important if you ever want to make hollow beads. There will, of course, be time to review and refine the basics.
